A Remote and restricted area Dolpo is located far west part of Nepal in Shey Phoksundo National Park at 3,555 square km as Nepal's largest national park. The east is bordered by the Dhaulagiri and Churen Himal ranges to the west by Jumla district. The entire district was closed to trekkers until 1989 when the southern part of Dolpo was opened to organized trekking groups and Shey is still closed to foreigners. Although a few anthropologists and geographers had explored this region before this opened. Doilpo Trekking can be organizing only camping (Tented Camp), where you will sleep in tents. Our staff includes a guide, cook, Sherpa and sufficient porters to carry all trekking gear.
