A Typical Trek Day

Your trekking day starts at around 7:30 am with a cup of tea or coffee and breakfast at your tea house or tent. Then your trip starts on your own pace, frequently stopping to enjoy good views and take photographs. You will carry only a day pack containing your personal goods during the day time. The porters and Yaks will carry the rest of your stuff. After 3 hours walk, you will stop for the lunch at teahouse or camp site, for 1.5 hours.

Then again walking another session for 3 to 4 hours to reach our destination, this is often a scenic spot. While you rest, the trekking crew will pitch the tents for you during your camping trip. You can relax or walk around the camp or teahouse. Around 6-7 PM you will have dinner, talk about the day's experiences with other members, or simply enjoy the Himalayan solitude by yourself. Then your guide will give brief for following day’s program. Then bed time, for next beautiful day.

Karna, thank you so much for another wonderful trek. This is my 3rd trek with you - the first being the Annapurna Circuit and then a tour of the Everest region, starting at Jiri and then trekking up to Gokyo, going over Cho La, up to Kala Pattar and then up the Chukhung valley. I continue to learn so much about Nepal from you,..........
